Responsibilities
• Oversees project document control tasks for a small to mid-scale project with more than one scope of work, such as Engineering Document Control and Vendor Document Control, or Field Document Control with Subcontractor scope.
• Develops processes and procedures which align with contract requirements and internal procedures at project initiation for a small to mid-scale project
• Manage all documents and records in accordance with established company procedures and standards.
• Responsible for processing and managing internal and external distribution of engineering supplier documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows, preparing transmittals for document distribution as directed.
• Updating and maintaining various distribution matrices and document trackers for engineering records;
• Trains, coaches, delegates and reviews work of less experienced specialists.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project documents are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
• Validates and maintains EDMS platforms (InEight Document, SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, Procore, Documentum).
Requirements:
• Associates degree with a concentration in information management, business administrations, information technology, data management, or computer information systems or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in document control positions.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Must have experience utilizing information management systems.
• Experience working in the engineering and/or construction industries.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Remain flexible when dealing with changing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
