Our client in Caledonia, Michigan is growing yet again, looking for a contract Document Control Assistant to help their regional office location in routine administrative duties. This position pays $11/hr and the hours for the position are 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Typical job duties include:
Document Indexers are responsible for quickly and accurately identifying, labeling, and routing documents electronically within the Imaging system. 
They key attributes, such as identifying number and descriptions, for a variety of forms and requests received across several lines of business. 
Also, they may assist with other tasks, such as mail preparation, scanning and document purging. 
Document Scanners are responsible for running a High Speed scanner, auditing documents for quality..
Candidate Requirements for consideration:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (strong preference for candidates with some college classes or Associate's Degree)
Keyboard and 10 key proficient; typing at least 40 WPM and 8000 KPH with 95 accuracy
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
Polished and professional with proven track record of being punctual to work
