Dockhand (Seasonal PT/FT)
Seattle Boat is hiring for multiple dockhands to join our marina team for the 2026 season!

Seasonal Commitment | April/May – End of August/September
Compensation: $21.30/hour
Anticipated Hours: 25-35/week
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
Location: Bellevue (Newport) Primary Location, Seattle/Lake Union Secondary (flexibility to cover shifts at other locations as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting customers with loading and unloading of boats
Preparing boats for customer use (putting on/off covers, stocking ice, helping with inflatables)
Supporting our Fork Lift Operators in getting boats in and out of the water
Providing an “all hands-on deck” mentality to all dock operations
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
18 Years of age or older
Commitment of your full-summer
Willingness to work summer holidays
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
A good work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to obtain a Washington State boater safety card
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strongly Recommended:
Boating experience
A love for being on and around the water
