Position Overview: Valor Communities is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Division Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in the Birmingham area.  The Division Sales and Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and enhancing the brand presence of Valor Communities in the local market. Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.

Monitor sales metrics and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with senior management to establish pricing strategies, incentives, and promotions to drive sales volume and revenue.

Marketing Strategy:

Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify target demographics and refine marketing messaging.

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with prospective homebuyers, real estate agents, and industry partners to generate leads and drive sales conversions.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to closing.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct ongoing market analysis and competitive research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Evaluate market demand, pricing dynamics, and consumer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Participate in regular meetings and strategic planning sessions to provide insights, updates, and recommendations for improving sales and marketing performance.

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software

Knowledge of local real estate market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
