We are actively seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead and grow our clients Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, and Video Surveillance division in Beaumont, TX to work directly for the company. This role is responsible for overseeing operations, driving project success, and managing teams within the low-voltage/life safety space.
The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen, with a proven track record in design, estimating, and managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all division operations, including Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control, and Video Surveillance systems
• Oversee project lifecycle from design and estimating through execution and closeout
• Develop accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals
• Manage and mentor project managers, technicians, and support staff
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all codes and standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
• Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and safety regulations
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Texas APS License (Required)
• Proven experience in design, estimating, and project management within low-voltage/life safety systems
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Security Systems
• Access Control
• Video Surveillance (CCTV)
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience scaling or leading a division or business unit
• Ability to drive growth, improve processes, and increase profitability
• Familiarity with industry codes and compliance standards (NFPA, NEC, etc.)
