Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas:

• Planifica, dirige y supervisa las actividades de un equipo de ventas dentro de una región, distrito o zona geográfica determinada con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas establecidos.
• Desarrolla y/o implementa estrategias comerciales para clientes actuales y potenciales.
• Gestiona las actividades diarias de un equipo de ventas con el fin de aplicar la estrategia comercial global de la organización en la región, distrito o zona geográfica asignada.
• Establece y mantiene relaciones sólidas con todo el personal clave de las cuentas y las funciones pertinentes con el fin de respaldar las ventas, el desarrollo del mercado, las iniciativas de servicio y los programas clínicos.
• Identifica oportunidades y desarrolla nuevos programas para cumplir los planes de ventas de la organización y aumentar la cuota de mercado.
• Evalúa la necesidad de incorporar nuevos programas y procesos de venta, realiza análisis de la competencia e implementar estrategias.
• Forma a los representantes de ventas en los aspectos técnicos de los productos y servicios de la organización; en campañas de marketing y promociones de ventas; y en técnicas, procedimientos y normas de ventas que les ayuden a alcanzar sus objetivos de ventas.

Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos:

• Carrera universitaria concluida (Titulo & cedula liberados) más Maestría a fin
• 5 años de experiencia relevante en ventas y apertura de mercado
• 3 años de experiencia en manejo y desarrollo de equipos de persona de manera directa
• Experiencia trabajando con Distribuidores
• Ingles Avanzado
• Sería una ventaja contar con experiencia en portafolios de dispositivos médicos Cardiovasculares
• Sería una venta contar con experiencia en manejo y/o uso de Excel & Power BI 
• Ubicación física de la vacante: Monterrey, N.L
