Shift: 3rd Shift, 12:00PM - 8:30AM, Days off Monday/Wednesday
Starting Pay: $18/hr 
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented professional to join our production team. In this role, you will hold accountability for the final safety and quality checks of our products before they reach the customer.
• Quality Control: Accurately inspect, separate, and package all custom print and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Shipping & Logistics: Ensure all packages are accurately prepared and routed to the correct destination using our digital ERP system to log material and time.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, utilizing required PPE at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Actively support coworkers and adjust to shifting production priorities to help the department meet critical delivery deadlines.
What You Bring (Requirements)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail with a "zero-defect" mindset for evaluating quality tolerances.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Strong color vision and close-range visual acuity.
• Flexibility to work overtime or alternative shifts as production demands change.
