Critical role supporting regional distributors through IFS supply chain. This role supports the day-to-day operations of distributors ensuring timely and accurate deals get booked.

Key responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment

Reviewing information we get from the Distribution team, getting a GPL and DAR submitted

• Close opportunities

Align all values in the opportunity with the final approved numbers and close the opportunities

• Fast track

After verifying signature from the customer / partner will be delivering fast track

• System Support

Use CRM to support our Distribution team in order to align forecast call.

• Process Optimization

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in warehouse workflows.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with logistics software (SAP, Manhattan WMS, etc.)
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and warehouse operations
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
