About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic Distribution Manager to build and lead a high-performing network of independent distributors across the Western United States. You’ll shape regional strategy, strengthen distributor capability, and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors
Deliver training across clinical, reimbursement, product, and compliance areas
Support contracting and ongoing distributor engagement
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching
Track and report on sales, market trends, and key initiatives
Build strong distributor partnerships and act as the main regional contact
Collaborate with internal teams to support field execution
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Execute strategies to drive adoption and sales performance
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards
Oversee accurate sales reporting and commission alignment
About You
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, including:
Proven success building and leading 1099 distributor networks
Experience in wound care biologics and/or spine & orthopaedic markets
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
Willingness to travel up to 50% or more of your time across the region
