About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic Distribution Manager to build, lead, and grow a high-performing network of independent distributors across the Eastern United States. You’ll play a critical role in developing channel strategy, strengthening distributor performance, and identifying new market opportunities across both outpatient and surgical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing independent distributors
Deliver training across clinical use, reimbursement, and product knowledge
Support contract negotiation and onboarding processes
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching
Build strong distributor relationships and act as key regional contact
Collaborate with internal teams to support field success
Analyse market trends and execute strategies to drive growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Maintain high-quality distribution practices
Support accurate sales reporting and commission alignment
Provide regular performance and market insights to leadership teams
About You
5+ years’ experience in medical device sales or distribution, with leadership or network management experience
Proven success building and growing independent distributor networks
Strong knowledge of wound care, HOPD reimbursement, and spine/orthopaedic markets
Commercially astute with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
Willingness to travel up to 50% or more
