The vision of the Red Bull Distribution team is to be the best DSD network in North America and be the #1 beverage in store. The primary responsibility of the Distribution Initiative Manager – Training & Development  is to contribute to the executional excellence of our Distribution team, leading training and on-boarding for all field sales team and our distributors as well as the development of all training materials.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Develop on-boarding materials for our Field Sales and Distribution network.
Own and Deliver Power Selling / Power Coaching / Power Management training.
Ownership of all sales training and development resources for Red Bull’s field teams (Red Bull Canada, Red Bull Canada Distribution & 3rd party).
Updating and maintenance of our online training suite (Skill Pills) assuring they are always up to date and relevant to current market realities.
Develop tools and processes that drive results and efficiencies in field (VIP Toolkit, Margin Calculators, etc).
Assuring materials are provided in both official languages.
 
DRIVING ENGAGEMENTS
Work with Distribution Partners management to validate content distributed to broader Distribution team (help translate insight into action for distributor facing content).
Develop Regional Incentives and work with local teams to maximize results.
Lead “Special Projects” such as Red Bull Event market blitz’, Campaign launches, In-Market Big Moments – driving results and providing accurate post reporting to the organization.
Minimum 5 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
Good communication skills, including presenting and training abilities.
Undergrad degree required.
Distributor and / or Supplier experience.
Demonstrated skills as a change agent and collaborator.
Tactical thinker with strong business acumen.
Displayed ability to problem solve.
Ability to develop, drive and implement a retail execution strategy.
Display strength in analytics.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Fluent in French and English.
Valid driver's license.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
