The Distribution Center Manager will be in charge of managing the day-to-day tasks for our Distribution Center. They will be in charge of Managing distribution center employees, making sure inventory is accurate for our distribution center, delegating tasks, and making sure all the correct policies and procedures are followed.
About Us: Farrell Equipment is a construction equipment & supply retailer serving the midwest since 1968. Headquartered in Eau Claire, we have 10 full-service stores located throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
Managing Day-to-day activities of the distribution center
Holding employees accountable to the tasks assigned to them
Ensure a safe and secure work environment
Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse facility
Delegating tasks to employees
Enforce current procedures
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Management experience is a plus
Driver’s license
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently and as a team
Self-motivated
Able to lift 50 pounds
This position is located at our Eau Claire Distribution Center.
