We are looking for a Data Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team and work on the design, development, and optimization of scalable data solutions. In this role, you will:

• Explore, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to support business objectives.

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance data pipelines capable of handling large data volumes efficiently and reliably.

• Implement scalable data processing solutions and continuously fine-tune them for performance and stability.

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to define use cases, validate hypotheses, and design data-driven solutions.

• Participate in project code reviews and contribute to best practices for code quality and maintainability.

• Automate end-to-end release processes across environments.

• Perform daily ETL job checks and coordinate with production and functional support teams when corrective actions are needed.

• Support the integrity of the data infrastructure, helping prioritize tasks, manage issues, and ensure smooth progress across initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering or similar roles.

• Python expertise (mandatory), including hands-on experience with libraries such as pandas for data manipulation.

• Strong command of SQL and solid experience with ETL processes and data transformation.

• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and best engineering practices.

• Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines.

• Fluency in English (minimum B2).

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (nice to have).

• Hands-on experience with additional programming languages is a plus.
