We are looking for a sharp and insightful Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team. You will be the crucial link between raw data and strategic decisions, responsible for gathering business requirements, transforming complex data, and creating compelling visualizations that drive action across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements for data models and reporting solutions.

• Develop, optimize, and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Design and build dynamic dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI, to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable business insights.

• Perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies and collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and availability.

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, clearly communicating complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Participate in the full lifecycle of BI projects, from requirements gathering to final deployment.

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role focused on data and reporting.

• Strong mandatory proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.

• Expert hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data modeling, visualization, and publishing reports.

• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements effectively.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with data.

• Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling is expected.

Valued Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with other components of the Microsoft Data Stack (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services).

• Knowledge of Data Modeling principles (e.g., Dimensional Modeling).

• Professional fluency (B2+) in French is highly valued and may be a mandatory requirement for allocation on specific projects with Francophone clients.
