We're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with a strong SRE mindset to ensure the stability and performance of our critical applications. You'll blend strong technical support with DevOps principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.
• Provide senior-level technical and functional support for complex applications.
• Lead incident resolution and in-depth root cause analysis.
• Develop Shell and Python scripts for automation and efficiency.
• Apply DevOps best practices to improve system reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• 5+ years in Application Support, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.
• Strong Shell and Python scripting abilities.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
• Proven experience with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
