Objectives of the Role
Ensure disputes are recorded, investigated and reported in accordance with the approved methodologies, working documents and templates and in line with regulatory, accreditation and contractual requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Investigation of disputes logged.
Determine the validity of disputes logged and applying the appropriate process in response.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Self-regulatory (SRS) dispute mediation.
Conduct prompt, equitable and impartial investigations.
Making findings of fact and applying relevant policies, laws and regulations to reach a resolution.
Drafting ADR reports and engage in written reporting to both players and operators.
Administrative duties for the department, including invoicing and reporting.
Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required.
