Ihre Aufgaben: 

• Eigenverantwortliches Auslösen von Bestellungen im Bereich Obst und Gemüse
• Gewährleistung einer mengen-, termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Beschaffung
• Bedarfsermittlung mittels der Warenwirtschaftssysteme und verschiedener Reportings
• Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit internen Partnern (z. B. Vertrieb, Logistik und Category Management)

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger Handelserfahrung. Erfahrung im Bereich der Food Frische Disposition von mind. 2 Jahren zwingend erforderlich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Warenwirtschaftssysteme (UFM)
• Warenkenntnisse im Bereich Obst & Gemüse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Logistikdienstleistern
• Sehr sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket
• Gewissenhafte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, inkl. starker Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Flexibilität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
