Job Purpose

Follow up on the production team in all the processes & operations with ensuring compliance with Sanofi quality standards & GMP and fulfilling the production plan

Main Responsibilities:

•
Supervising operators in dispensing, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.

•
Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of Dispensing department weekly production plan.

•
Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes. Updating / Creating SOPs.

•
Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing processes.

•
Training new operators in different operations.

•
Collection and Review of the batch manufacturing records.

•
Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process. Assuring complied environmental monitoring to start manufacturing (differential pressures, temperature, and humidity) during the process.

•
Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.

•
Respect for company values, code of ethics and social charter.

•
Aligning with Quality team and engineering all the calibration and preventive maintenance activities in Dispensing Area.

•
Ensure continuous improvement for area performance.

•
Ensure facility integrity & keeping building maintenance at the best level.

HSE Role:

•
Ergonomics training on regular basis.

•
Commitment to the appropriate PPE use

•
Ensure that risk assessment of any newly transferred product and new machine is adequately covered.

•
Continuous monitoring of the first aid boxes

•
Executing waste management measures for optimum utilization of resources.

•
Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.

•
Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and Environmental Law.

About you

Education: Bachelors' degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Related Experience: 0-2  years of experience in Pharmaceuticals preferred in the same role.
