JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Customer Service Representative (Dispatcher) ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty in the fleet management sector by serving as the main point of contact for clients. They address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and fleet clients, addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels.
Issue Resolution: Efficiently handle and resolve client issues, including billing discrepancies and vehicle maintenance concerns.
Account Management: Manage client accounts, update information, and track service requests accurately.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of fleet management services to assist clients effectively.
Problem-Solving: Assess client needs and develop solutions, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
Client Training and Support: Offer guidance and support on fleet management tools and systems.
Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and communicate insights for continuous improvement.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.

SPECIAL DEMANDS
This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc. Noise level is typically low. Frequently in a stationary, sitting position for prolonged periods of time. Regularly moves about inside the office to complete tasks, attend meetings or to access the copy machine or file cabinets. Periodically pulls/pushes doors open to move around the office. Occasionally may lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds.
Occasional travel may be required.
