Wat doe je precies in deze functie?
Als Dispatcher werk je in het hart van de vliegtuigoperaties op de luchthaven. Jij orkestreert de hele vliegtuigafhandeling tijdens je shift. Op basis van alle informatie die binnenloopt op de Dispatch-desk, coördineer je de boel.

Je verdeelt alle taken tussen de verschillende medewerkers, en dat op een dynamische manier; je bekijkt de actuele situatie op het tarmac en je stuurt op basis daarvan de dagelijkse planning bij. Je grijpt in waar nodig, je anticipeert op wat er straks aankomt.

Je rapporteert aan de Duty Supervisor en je werkt samen met iedereen op het tarmac, maar ook met onze klanten (de luchtvaartmaatschappijen), de luchthavenautoriteiten, leveranciers, …
