Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a full-time permanent Dispatcher (Evening Shift) to join its vibrant team.
As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics the main responsibilities of the Dispatcher consist of the following:
Your Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 3:30pm to midnight/1:00am
Avalable for weekend shift (on a rotation)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Organize the requirements needed to maintain an optimal dispatch plan.
Coordinate the timely execution of the container delivery & pick up plan.
Maintain an effective communication link with the Truck Drivers.
Validate information relating to the pickup and delivery of containers.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of experience in transportation (asset)
Experience work with the port system (Vanterm, Deltaport, Centerm, FSD) (Requirement)
Knowledge of container truck movements in Vancouver (asset)
A college or university degree
Advanced spoken and written English
Proficient in Panjabi and/or Hindi (asset)
Communicates well and offers outstanding customer service.
Works well under pressure and independently
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable with computer systems such as Microsoft Office & Advanced typing skills
Willingness to learn, good attitude & Detail oriented.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (the terminal is not accessible by public transportation)
Must clear background check (criminal and references)
