We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler with or without experience in Inspection scheduling to conduct the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and responsible. Opportunities to advance for those with an ambition to do so and are eager to learn.

• Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment,
• Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates.
• This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients.
• Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email
• Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects
• Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system

• Proficient in MS Office/computer literate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be customer focused and team orientated
• Proactive, self-starter, problem solver
• Ability to work with clients, operational staff, field and management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to prioritize while keeping an eye on detail
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of NYC and the 5 boroughs a MUST
