We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dispatch team located in Laval, Quebec. As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations.
What you're responsible for:
• Planning and organizing driver schedules
• Confirming pickup details and vehicle status
• Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot
• Completing order forms and other transactional documents
• Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers
• Working collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers
To join our team:
• You are bilingual in French and English (required)
• You are a strong communicator
• You have previous work experience in customer service
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
