What the Candidate Will Do

Basic Qualifications

• Realización de previos a mercancías de clientes en almacen.
• Realizar trámites aduanales ante la Aduana del Aeropuerto de Querétaro.
• Gestión y seguimiento de despachos de importación y exportación (aéreo).
• Revisión de documentos: pedimentos, facturas comerciales, listas de empaque, guías aéreas, etc.
• Coordinación con ejecutivos de tráfico, clientes, almacenes y autoridades.
• Ingreso y seguimiento de operaciones en sistema aduanero.
• Atención a reconocimientos aduaneros (rojo )
• Verificación de mercancía contra documentación.
• Cumplimiento de lineamientos de seguridad y normatividad interna.
• Apoyo en aclaraciones ante autoridad aduanera cuando se requiera.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachillerato General, Carrera técnica o licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Aduanas o afín (deseable).
• No se requiere experiencia previa en tramitación aduanal ya que se brindará capacitación inicial
• Conocimiento básico del proceso de despacho aduanero. (deseable)
• Ley Aduanera (nivel básico–intermedio).
• Documentación de comercio exterior.
• Incoterms (deseable).
