Precizion Partners is a Roseville, CA based demolition and remediation contractor focused on private and public infrastructure projects across throughout California & Northern NV. The Company has three operating companies (demolition, hazardous materials abatement, and hauling & disposal services and presently operates out of facilities/yards in Stockton, Concord, Reno, NV, Woodland and Sacramento. The business focuses both on service work (sawcutting and C&D waste hauling) as well as larger projects. The Company is financially backed by DCA Partners, a lower middle market growth oriented private equity firm focused on investing in expansion stage companies.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Hazardous Waste Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the safe and compliant movement of hazardous waste throughout California. This role ensures all shipments meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while serving as the key liaison between generators, transporters, and disposal facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for hazardous and non-hazardous waste pickups and deliveries throughout California
- Coordinate logistics with waste generators, transporters, brokers, and TSDFs
- Ensure all shipments comply with EPA, DOT, and California regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including:
• Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (including e-Manifest)
• Waste profiles and approvals
• Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) forms
- Verify proper waste characterization, EPA waste codes, and California-specific waste codes
- Ensure compliance with California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) regulations, including:
• Title 22 hazardous waste requirements
• Generator accumulation and labeling standards
• Transporter registration and manifesting requirements
- Coordinate with permitted facilities under California’s Tiered Permitting system (e.g., PBR, CA, CEA tiers)
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues in real time
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records for regulatory audits and internal tracking
- Optimize routing and scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Desirable Qualifications:
- 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or hazardous waste transportation experience
- Working knowledge of federal regulations including RCRA and DOT hazardous materials transportation requirements
- Strong understanding of California hazardous waste regulations (Title 22, DTSC requirements)
