📞 What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher at Seaside, you will:
Evaluate incoming calls and assign the right technician to each job
Prioritize urgent calls and adjust schedules in real time
Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
Keep customers updated on technician arrival and job status
Ensure accurate job details are relayed to the field
Reschedule appointments when needed while maintaining customer satisfaction
Record and track service calls and updates
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
