Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Disease Area Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• The disease area manager will lead a team of Oncology/Hematology disease area specialists , drives sales and market share growth in all Public, semi-public, and private sectors,
• Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories
• Expands market share and ensures the flawless execution of the portfolio strategic plans across all channels.
• Build impactful partnerships with all stakeholders/accounts to expand market presence
• Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance.
• Assign territories, targets, and achievements timely on Matrix as per company guidance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine)
• 2-3 years of experience in people management in specialty lines.
• Oncology experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve patient care in a competitive sales environment.
