다양한 공시 사이클(정기/비정기/이슈성) 운영 및 관리

공시 일정 및 프로세스 관리
전환사채, 증자 등 자본시장 관련 공시 업무 지원
외부 감사인 및 법무 자문과 협업하여 정기 보고서 기재 내용 관리
IR 및 대외 커뮤니케이션(필요 시)
IR 자료 및 공시 연계 자료 작성·업데이트
실적 발표, 투자자 미팅 등 IR 활동 지원
공시 내용과 대외 메시지 간 일관성 확보
주식기반보상(Equity Compensation)

자격요건
관련 분야 학사 이상
관련 실무 경력 7년 이상 (Manager급)
상장사 또는 상장 준비 기업에서의 공시 실무 경험 필수
DART(Digital Accounting & Reporting System)를 활용한 공시 작성 및 제출 실무 경험
정기·수시 공시 등 공시 사이클 및 KOSDAQ 공시 규정에 대한 실무 이해
높은 정확성, 책임감 및 협업 역량

General Summary
Orum Therapeutics is seeking a Disclosure & IR Manager to support the stable operation of corporate disclosure activities as a KOSDAQ-listed company and to flexibly contribute to broader investor relations and capital market–related functions as the company grows.
This role is primarily responsible for leading periodic and ad-hoc disclosure activities, with opportunities to participate in IR initiatives and equity-based compensation matters (including Stock Options, and other equity awards) depending on business needs.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Disclosure
Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc disclosures, including annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and material event filings
Manage multiple disclosure cycles (regular, non-regular, and event-driven)
Ensure compliance with KOSDAQ disclosure regulations and respond to KRX and FSS inquiries
Manage disclosure timelines and related processes
Support disclosure related to capital markets activities, including convertible instruments or capital raises, as applicable
Collaborate with external auditors and legal counsel to ensure accuracy of quarterly and annual report narratives
Investor Relations & External Communications (as needed)
Support preparation and updates of IR materials and disclosure-linked communications
Assist with earnings releases, investor meetings, and other IR activities
Ensure consistency between disclosed information and external financial messaging
Equity-Based Compensation
Support equity-based compensation programs, including Stock Options, and other equity awards, and related disclosures
Coordinate administrative processes related to grants, vesting, and exercises in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors
Support Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meeting agenda items related to equity compensation
Skills, Abilities & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
7+ years of relevant professional experience (Manager level)
Hands-on experience with corporate disclosure at a listed company
Hands-on experience preparing and filing disclosures using DART (Digital Accounting & Reporting System)
Strong understanding of multiple disclosure cycles and KOSDAQ disclosure requirements
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Business-level English communication skills
Experience supporting IR activities and equity-based compensation programs is plus
Experience in public biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies is a plus
