Disaster Recovery Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an Infrastructure Disaster Recovery (DR) consultant. The role focuses on managing DR infrastructure projects, coordinating recovery exercises, and working with stakeholders to ensure readiness across data centre, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects related to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

• Support end-to-end DR implementation, including planning, testing, and execution

• Coordinate and manage DR Command Centre activities during drills and exercises

• Review and improve DR procedures, ensuring alignment with RTO and RPO requirements

• Perform recovery readiness and capacity reviews

• Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication during DR activities

• Conduct post-mortems, prepare test reports, and present findings

• Identify and manage project and operational risks

• Follow PMO processes, including procurement and vendor coordination

• Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technology trends

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Infrastructure Project Management

• Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management

• Hands-on exposure to DR infrastructure across data centre, cloud, or hybrid environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with PMO frameworks and project governance
