About the Role

We are establishing a dedicated Investment Management practice and are seeking a leader to build and scale this capability.

This role will be initially hands-on, with responsibility for leading and delivering complex Yardi Investment Management implementations. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to design solutions, oversee execution, and define delivery standards for this practice area.

As the practice matures, the role will expand to include building and developing a high-performing team capable of independently delivering Investment Management implementations at scale.

This is a player-coach role, requiring deep subject matter expertise and prior hands-on experience in Yardi Investment Management implementations. The individual must be capable of leading delivery directly while also establishing the foundation for a scalable consulting practice.

Over time, this individual will assume broader responsibility for shaping the practice, including delivery methodology, team structure, and engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver (Hands-On from Day One) 

Lead complex Yardi Investment Management implementations end-to-end

Design and configure solutions across fund structures, investor models, and reporting frameworks

Act as lead solution architect and trusted advisor to client stakeholders

Establish delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices through direct execution 

Build: Team & Capability 

Build and scale a specialist Investment Management consulting team

Recruit, mentor, and develop high-caliber Yardi IM professionals

Transition delivery from a hands-on model to a team-led delivery model

Create repeatable, scalable delivery frameworks

Own: Client & Solution Leadership

Own client engagements from solution design through delivery

Act as a trusted advisor to investment, finance, and operational stakeholders

Lead solution design across fund structures, entity hierarchies, and investor reporting models

Ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and long-term client satisfaction

Grow: Commercial & Practice Development

Support and shape pre-sales engagements, solution design, and scoping

Partner with sales to grow the Investment Management pipeline

Contribute to pricing strategy and delivery approach

Build a sustainable, high-quality Investment Management practice 

Qualifications:

Platform Expertise 

Hands-on experience across the Yardi Investment Management Suite and complementary products, supporting the full investment lifecycle, including:

Yardi Investment Manager

Yardi Investment Accounting

Yardi Acquisition Manager

Yardi Debt Manager (preferred)

Yardi Performance Manager (preferred)

Investment portals and investor reporting solutions

Required Experience 

Deep, hands-on experience with Yardi Investment Management and Yardi Investment Accounting

Proven implementation experience across core components of the Yardi Investment Management Suite

Strong expertise in:

Complex fund structures and entity hierarchies

Capital commitments, allocations, and distributions

Waterfalls and investor reporting

Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation environments

Demonstrated experience leading complex, client-facing implementations

Ability to operate in a hands-on delivery capacity while building a practice

Experience working directly with senior finance and investment stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Experience with additional components of the Yardi Investment Management ecosystem, including:

Yardi Debt Manager

Yardi Performance Manager

Investment portals and investor reporting platforms

Experience building or scaling a consulting practice or delivery team

Experience contributing to pre-sales, solution design, and commercial growth

Experience working in a global, distributed delivery model

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, based on experience, including a competitive base salary aligned to senior leadership roles and performance-based bonuses tied to practice growth, profitability, and delivery outcomes.
