About the Role

• You take responsibility for international commercial / digital / tech / data due diligence reports for buy and sell-side transactions.
• You manage analyses of (digital) business models for leading private equity clients in an international context.
• You develop an equity story and (digital) value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of their private equity clients.
• You identify client consulting needs, structure the problem, and independently develop solutions.
• You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
• You lead project teams and coordinate with external parties.
• You are responsible for the organization of core activities such as workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder engagement, business analyses, technical analyses and solution design as part of both external and internal projects.
• You supervise and develop the team and support recruiting activities for new and high-potential managers.

Requirements:
• You hold a university degree with excellent grades in business, economics, computer science or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA are a plus).
• You bring at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory or digital marketing.
• You have a strong affinity for technology, including digital marketing, technology or AI.
• You demonstrate a distinct customer orientation and possess the ability to mediate between the client and the company.
• You have strong analytical skills combined with a creative mind.
• You possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for your work.
• You speak fluent English and ideally German.
