What you will do:
• Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision and strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmap, market dynamics, and global technology trends
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric technology solutions in close partnership with Product, enabling sustainable growth and continuous innovation
• Build, scale, and continuously evolve the Technology organisation, including its structure, operating model, processes, governance, and external vendor management
• Drive company-wide enablement through the effective use of advanced technologies, digitalised processes, and the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies to create sustainable value at both strategic and operational levels
• Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of all systems, while maintaining full compliance with relevant information security standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Technology team across Engineering, Information Security, Corporate IT (including Office Management), and Business Automation & Applications, fostering capability building and a strong, collaborative culture
• Act as a role model for company values, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the Technology team and across senior stakeholder groups
Who you are:
• You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or bring equivalent practical experience
• You have 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with expertise in architecture, system design, and cloud/infrastructure
• You bring strong knowledge of information security and system reliability best practices
• You have experience working in agile, product-oriented software development environments
• You have a proven ability to define and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals
• You have a track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality systems
• You are an experienced leader who builds and develops high-performing technology teams
• You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and drive alignment and change across the organisation
