Join Qiddiya Investment Company as our Systems Engineering Director, where you will lead the vision and execution of systems engineering initiatives across our innovative projects. This role is critical in ensuring the successful integration of systems across various functions, ultimately enhancing the overall operational efficiency and guest experience within our destination.

As the Systems Engineering Director, you will collaborate with technical teams to design and validate complex systems in line with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the systems engineering function, driving the integration of systems across multiple disciplines including transportation, attraction engineering, and guest services.
• Define systems engineering processes and standards to ensure effective lifecycle management from concept through design, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new systems and solutions.
• Oversee system requirements analysis, system architecture design, verification, and validation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality assurance.
• Utilize system modeling and simulation to optimize system performance and develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
• Ensure that all systems engineering initiatives are in alignment with Qiddiya’s sustainability objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing systems engineering team to foster innovation and technical expertise.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.
• Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing systems integration projects.
• Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and systems engineering methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities, with experience in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to systems engineering in entertainment and construction sectors.
