Job Description

Generic Job Description (not Job Level specific): Directs and manages the Taiwan SAE team, with prime responsibility in Application and SDK Engineering serving the Taiwan, South East Asia, and Japan customer projects. Guide teams of SAE to develop application software for wireless connectivity chips for Industrial, IOT and Automotive segment. Supports customer projects through project management, complex integration and cross domain issues troubleshooting. Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. Reviews progress of technical projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Direct people-management responsibility is typically required. Embedded systems software with hands-on experience in wireless connectivity and networking software. Ability to lead cross functional teams enabling revenue supporting customer to production with NXP wireless products. Independent yet collaborative working with resources across multiple sites.
