• US MNC experience as a controller or senior finance leader within a US-headquartered multinational.
What We Offer
• A highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape financial and operational decisions in a fast-scaling, deep-tech manufacturing environment.
• The chance to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and advanced photonics technology—where your analysis directly influences investment, margin, and scale.
• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with comprehensive health benefits.
• Meaningful exposure to cross-functional and global leadership teams across Singapore, Thailand, India, and the United States.
• Professional growth and development opportunities, including the ability to build processes, strengthen systems, and help define the next chapter of operations finance at Lumilens.
