We are seeking a Director, Global Solutions Consulting to lead well-established teams across North America and EMEA. This leader will set the vision, standards, and operating model for our world-class team. The role spans both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solution areas while remaining product-agnostic enough to flex with evolving portfolio needs. The Director will define excellence in discovery, value storytelling, demo execution, Proof of Value (PoV) methodology, and cross-functional execution.
 

What You’ll Lead

You will lead well-established Solutions Consulting teams across North America and EMEA. You will craft a unified standard of excellence for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions. With you on the team, we will ensure consistent execution, seamless cross-regional collaboration, and strong alignment with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing partners!
 

What You’ll Do

• Set strategic direction and operating standards for the Global Solutions Consulting organization.
• Drive revenue impact by elevating discovery, solution mapping, proof of value rigor, and storytelling
• Partner closely with regional Sales leaders and Sales Operations to influence pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal strategy.
• Build and mentor a strong management bench, creating a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, curiosity, and growth.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, PMM, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Work with leadership team to establish global standard methodologies, demo frameworks, reusable assets, and enablement programs.
• Represent Solutions Consulting as an executive sponsor with key customers.
 

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, or related experience, with 3–5+ years leading multi-region teams.
• Deep proficiency in consultative discovery, value storytelling, enterprise architecture, and executive communication.
• Experience with both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud workflows, or comparable enterprise solutions.
• Creative approach to solving tough problems, operational rigor, and experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-accountability team culture.
 

How You’ll Measure Success

• Conversion rate improvement, Average Deal Size growth, and sales cycle efficiency.
• Demo and PoV quality benchmarks and adoption of standards across regions.
• Team engagement, leadership strength, and talent development.
• Operational benchmarks including coverage ratios and capacity utilization.
 

How You’ll Partner
 

You will work seamlessly with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, RevOps, and Alliances to ensure alignment, consistent go-to-market execution, and a frictionless customer experience across all regions.

Location & Travel
 

This role leads distributed teams across North America and EMEA. Travel is required for leadership meetings, customer engagements, team events, and cross-functional alignment.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $253,200 -- $408,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. 


In New York, the pay range for this position is $281,700 - $408,000


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
