Job Description
About MirrorWeb
MirrorWeb is an intelligent communications supervision platform built for regulated financial services firms that need to scale supervision safely, defensibly, and without operational collapse.
Compliance teams in regulated financial services are facing a permanent shift: more communication channels, more message volume, and no reduction in regulatory scrutiny. MirrorWeb helps firms supervise modern communications with greater speed, defensibility, and audit readiness.
We are an AI-native communications supervision platform built for regulatory accountability at scale.
Why This Growth Role Matters
MirrorWeb’s next phase of growth depends on building a more repeatable demand engine for the right buyers in regulated financial services. This role exists to increase qualified pipeline, improve funnel performance, and make growth more predictable.
This leader will own demand generation and growth marketing, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, performance visibility, and continuous improvement. Product Marketing will continue to own positioning and messaging. This role ensures that strategy gets activated effectively across channels and programs.
What success looks like in 6 to 12 months:
A focused demand strategy aligned to MirrorWeb’s ICP, segments, and sales motion
Measurable improvement in qualified pipeline creation and funnel conversion
Clear visibility into channel performance, pipeline contribution, and growth efficiency
Stronger operating alignment with Sales and RevOps around targets, handoffs, and pipeline quality
This is a builder-operator role for a senior growth marketer who can create qualified pipeline in a complex B2B SaaS environment. You will own demand generation strategy and execution at MirrorWeb, improve funnel performance over time, and help build a more repeatable growth engine in a regulated, trust-sensitive market.
This role is focused on demand generation and growth marketing. The core mandate is to build qualified pipeline, improve funnel performance, and create a more repeatable growth engine in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Own MirrorWeb’s demand generation and growth marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Design and execute programs that drive qualified pipeline aligned to defined ICPs and GTM motions.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align targets, pipeline goals, funnel definitions, and handoff processes.
Own top-of-funnel and mid-funnel performance. Monitor conversion rates, velocity, and lead quality.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to activate positioning and messaging across campaigns and channels.
Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, email, events, webinars, and field marketing.
Partner with Sales on outbound pipeline creation, including ABM, digital, and field programs. Experience working with or leading BDR teams is a plus, but not required.
Own marketing performance analytics in partnership with RevOps and Finance. Track pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and efficiency.
Run experimentation with discipline. Test channels, messages, and offers, then scale what works.
Build, manage, and mentor a lean, execution-focused marketing team and external partners.
Operate as a player-coach. You will set strategy and run execution, sometimes in the same week. MirrorWeb's marketing team is lean by design. We need someone who has done more with less and is comfortable doing it again.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience leading demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B SaaS company.
Experience operating at Director to VP level in a growth-stage environment, ideally $10M to $50M ARR.
Strong understanding of pipeline mechanics, funnel metrics, and revenue impact.
Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, insight, and execution across modern marketing workflows.
Ability to turn positioning into effective pipeline-generating campaigns in close partnership with Product Marketing
Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to drive predictable pipeline outcomes.
Comfort operating in regulated, trust-sensitive, or complex buyer environments.
Bias toward action, prioritization, and measurable results.
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services, compliance, risk, or adjacent regulated markets.
Exposure to partner-led or enterprise sales motions.
Experience directly leading or managing a BDR/SDR team. Candidates with this background will be considered for a broader remit and Director / Sr. Director-level scope.
