Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for the Director - Sales (Residential) to lead our residential sales division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the sales strategy for our residential properties, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision to deliver a world-class lifestyle destination. Your leadership will be critical in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer engagement.
As the Director of Sales, you will harness your extensive experience in residential sales to build and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be instrumental in establishing relationships with key clients and industry partners, developing compelling sales propositions, and optimizing sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans for residential offerings, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the residential sales team to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders to expand the client base.
• Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to create compelling messaging and promotional materials.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
• Represent Qiddiya at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand recognition and credibility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of relevant experience in residential sales, with a track record of successfully leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of the residential real estate market and sales processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sales performance.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
