INFUSE is seeking a high-performing Director, Programmatic & Display Advertising to drive revenue growth across EMEA and APAC by expanding adoption of INFUSE’s display and programmatic advertising solutions. This role will partner closely with a team of 30+ sales representatives, supporting deal strategy, media planning, and client-facing presentations while maintaining ownership of a quota-carrying revenue target.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in digital advertising, programmatic strategy, and consultative selling, with the ability to influence large sales teams and accelerate growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against a quota tied to programmatic and display advertising revenue across EMEA & APAC

• Partner with 30+ sales reps to support pipeline acceleration, proposal development, and deal strategy

• Act as a subject-matter expert in programmatic, display, native, and video advertising solutions

• Lead discovery sessions with prospects to identify campaign goals, audiences, and targeting strategy

• Build and present media recommendations aligned to client objectives and full-funnel marketing strategy

• Support negotiation, pricing strategy, and packaging recommendations to maximize win rate and margin

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success and Display Operations to ensure strong delivery and performance

• Identify growth opportunities across key verticals, agencies, and regional accounts

• Provide market feedback to improve positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for programmatic offerings

• Contribute to enablement by training sales teams on product updates, best practices, and positioning

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, display media sales, or digital advertising strategy

• Proven ability to influence revenue outcomes in a quota-carrying role

• Strong understanding of:

• targeting, segmentation, and audience strategy

• CPM-based buying models

• performance metrics (CTR, engagement, optimization)

• Experience working in a sales overlay / specialist capacity supporting large sales teams

• Strong consultative selling, storytelling, and presentation skills

• Excellent ability to collaborate across time zones and regional teams

• Highly organized with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into agencies and enterprise brands

• Familiarity with demand generation and full-funnel media planning

• Experience supporting or selling into EMEA markets (bonus if APAC exposure)
