We are now looking for a Director, Product Line Management to join our commercial organization in Copenhagen and take full ownership of our OEM product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy, and market development – all while having fun doing so!

The opportunity:
As Director, Product Line Management, you will step into a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with broad functional responsibility and significant impact on TP Aerospace’s commercial success. You will have end-to-end‑ ownership of our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) product lines, including P&L responsibility, strategy definition, execution, and continuous performance development across global markets.
Reporting to the Group CCO, this role combines strategic leadership with strong operational involvement. You will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders across Sales, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, acting as the functional anchor that aligns product line priorities, market insights, and execution. Externally, you will engage directly with OEM partners, customers, and other key stakeholders at senior levels, building strong relationships and ensuring that agreements, offerings, and market initiatives deliver mutual value.
You will be expected to take ownership, make decisions, and drive initiatives forward in a complex and fast-moving environment. Success in the role requires the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day collaboration, translating market opportunities and data into concrete actions that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organization.
The primary tasks:
Ensure that existing OEM distribution agreements deliver against global P&L budgets
Manage OEM relationships at senior management level and conduct regular business reviews
Drive global OEM product line growth by developing product and marketing strategies in close collaboration with Sales/Commercial teams, while monitoring competitive dynamics
Control internal compliance with OEM contract limitations and restrictions
Work with Asset Management to develop planning tools and models to ensure optimal inventory placement
Develop and launch market offerings for assigned product lines
Define and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking product line performance
Lead onboarding of new OEM product lines and implementation of new products to market
Build up and further develop the Product Line Management function at TP Aerospace
Create demand-driven provisioning models
Develop delivery performance overview models together with relevant stakeholders
Expand OEM product lines to additional platforms and applications
Qualifications:
We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:
Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, economics, or similar
Approximately 10+ years of experience within commercial, program, product, or supply chain management
5+ years of aviation industry experience
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and Power BI (We use the ERP system Quantum Control)
Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Demonstrated business acumen and leadership capabilities
Independent, structured, and able to prioritize in a complex environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural collaborator across functions
Commercially driven with a solid understanding of end-to-end business dynamics
