In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of monetization strategies that enhance our competitive position, accelerate revenue growth, and support TW’s long-term vision.

You will define how our products are positioned, packaged, and priced, leveraging market insights, customer research, and data-driven analysis to shape both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do

• Establish a cohesive company-wide monetization roadmap that aligns with business goals, product direction, and revenue targets.

• Craft differentiated packaging strategies and innovative pricing constructs, ranging from subscription models to usage-based and outcome-oriented structures.

• Design and refine pricing architectures across a complex product portfolio, ensuring they work effectively within a sales-led GTM.

• Lead the creation of bundled offerings, tiered models, and product configurations that support both expansion and new customer acquisition.

• Identify opportunities to increase deal sizes, improve revenue realization, and enhance buyer clarity through improved packaging and pricing mechanics.

• Recommend pricing adjustments, structural changes, and metrics that raise overall monetization performance.

• Analyze product usage, market dynamics, customer segmentation, and financial performance to guide strategic decisions.

• Provide the executive team with clear recommendations and KPI reporting tied to revenue impact, deal trends, and model performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years experience in tech, with depth in Pricing & Packaging, Monetization, Product Marketing, Corporate Strategy, or Business Planning.

• 2+ years leading pricing initiatives in multi-product organizations with a sales-led GTM approach.
Demonstrated ability to design monetization models that scale in complex, sales-driven environments.

• Strong command of pricing methodologies including value-based, tiered, and usage-based approaches for multifaceted product portfolios.

• Advanced analytical capability with a track record of translating large datasets into strategic insights.

• Familiarity with segmentation, predictive analytics, and metrics commonly used in sales enablement or revenue operations.

• Deep understanding of B2B sales motions and how pricing influences decision-making across each stage of a deal.

Base Compensation Range: 165,000-195,000
