Previous experience leading the Patient Experience initiative in an acute care setting. Progressive experience in customer/ patient relations management, and the execution of customer/patient experience systems and processes. Advanced knowledge of patient satisfaction survey and patient experience survey tools.

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
