Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operational Readiness to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of operational strategies for large-scale entertainment and cultural developments. This role is integral to ensuring that all new projects are fully prepared for launch with efficient operations, well-trained staff, and superior customer experiences, aligning with the company's vision to create a world-class destination.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans for upcoming projects to ensure seamless opening phases.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts including construction, operations, training, and safety teams to align readiness goals.
• Conduct readiness assessments and audits to identify risks and operational gaps, deploying mitigation strategies accordingly.
• Lead the development and delivery of training programs to prepare operational teams and support staff.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and track progress.
• Engage with stakeholders and partners to maintain alignment with strategic objectives and operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on readiness metrics and feedback.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in operational readiness or operations management, ideally within the entertainment, hospitality, or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex project environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in readiness assessment, risk management, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective training programs and foster staff readiness.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market and cultural context is an advantage.
