Your Impact as Program Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the shelter from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, followed by managing and closing activities at the Drop-In Center until 5:00 PM. The role also requires remaining on-call until approximately 7:00 PM to provide support during the Drop-In Center’s extended evening hours.
As a Director of Youth Services, you will:
· Supervise and support a Case Management team serving youth experiencing homelessness
· Diagnose and treat clients with mental health or behavioral challenges
· Lead crisis intervention efforts to prevent hospitalization
· Guide the development and execution of care plans
· Deliver psychotherapy (individual, group, and family sessions)
· Foster community partnerships and referral networks
· Ensure documentation and reporting meet all program and compliance standards
· Oversee administrative functions, including billing, outcomes tracking, and staff management
· Serve as the program’s central point of contact, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care
· Champion a "whatever it takes" approach to case management and service delivery
