Your career as Director of Research at Booksy will give you the opportunity to elevate our research function to a strategic leadership level, ensuring that customer and market insights drive our global company strategy. You’ll lead a mature research organization and collaborate directly with our executive team, helping position Booksy for future growth by tapping into new markets and evolving our product offerings.

Essentially, you’ll be the bridge between deep customer empathy and high-level business decisions. You’ll shape how we understand millions of beauty professionals and their customers, ensuring our products don’t just work—they elevate lives.

Requirements:
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Shape Research as a Strategic Driver: Lead the evolution of research as a core function, ensuring insights guide our market positioning at the highest levels.
• Advocate at the Executive Level: Work closely with the CEO and COO to champion the impact of research across every department, from Marketing to Engineering.
• Drive Innovation Through Insights: Use market data to identify new opportunities and guide product-market fit in emerging global regions.
• Scale a High-Performing Team: Mentor and develop the next generation of research leaders, fostering a culture of methodological rigor and curiosity.
• Influence Organizational Change: Drive the adoption of research-informed decision-making, ensuring data is at the heart of every strategic discussion

To ensure you succeed in this role, you’re going to need:

• Deep expertise and experience in leading research functions within multi-national, fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
• A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in scaling research organizations and developing leadership talent within your team.
• A deep understanding of global market expansion and the nuances of entering new customer segments.
