The Director of Supply Chain & Sustainability Practice will lead a global consulting team focused on delivering innovative supply chain solutions and sustainability strategies for multinational clients. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on engagement to drive business growth and client success.

Tasks:
• Shape and execute the practice strategy: Define a clear roadmap for Supply Chain & Sustainability services, ensuring alignment with Lingaro’s global growth objectives.
• Expand client portfolio: Lead strategic account planning and develop new business opportunities with Fortune 500 clients, leveraging domain expertise and proven frameworks.
• Influence at CXO level: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, presenting innovative solutions and thought leadership in supply chain transformation.
• Deliver excellence in engagements: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex consulting programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Foster innovation: Introduce cutting-edge methodologies (AI-driven analytics, digital twins, ESG dashboards) to differentiate Lingaro’s offerings.
• Mentor and grow talent: Build a high-performing, diverse team; implement career development plans and succession strategies.
• Represent Lingaro externally: Publish thought leadership articles, speak at industry conferences, and strengthen the firm’s market positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with other practices (Analytics, Technology, Consulting) to deliver integrated solutions for global clients.

What We're Looking For:
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 15 years in supply chain management and data analytics, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Consulting Background: Proven experience in management consulting or advisory services, ideally within global, multi-industry environments.
• Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to shape strategy and influence CXO level decisions, backed by strong executive presence.
• Thought Leadership: Recognized for innovative thinking and contributions to industry forums, publications, or conferences.
• Operational Excellence: Track record of successful delivery of complex, multi country projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Innovation Mindset: Familiarity with digital supply chain solutions, advanced analytics, and ESG frameworks.
• Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively.
