Role Overview: 

The Director of Sales & Relationship Management – Retail & Wholesale (EMEA) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding oneZero’s regional footprint across retail and wholesale segments. This role combines strategic sales leadership with relationship management, focused on originating, structuring, and closing new business while deepening engagement across the existing client base.

The Director will develop and execute a regional sales strategy across Europe and the Middle East to generate new business through a combination of strategic outreach, inbound engagement, partner collaboration, market research, and in person relationship building. In this capacity, they will play a pivotal role in broadening oneZero’s market presence by identifying, nurturing, and successfully converting new logos, while also driving upsell and cross sell opportunities within assigned accounts.

This position requires a highly commercial mindset, strong market insight, and the ability to engage executive level stakeholders across brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional market participants. The Director will represent oneZero at a senior level across Europe and the Middle East, enhancing brand visibility, strengthening strategic partnerships, and reinforcing oneZero’s reputation as a leading provider of trading and execution infrastructure, while working collaboratively with other sales team members.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and senior leadership, the Director will support revenue growth across the region by driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding through to go live. They will act as a senior commercial point of contact for strategic accounts, helping safeguard long term client value and protect deal integrity throughout the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

Drive new business growth across Europe and the Middle East by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within retail and wholesale segments, working in coordination with other regional sales leaders where applicable.

Develop and execute a structured territory plan to expand oneZero’s footprint, leveraging direct outreach, inbound opportunities, strategic partnerships, industry events, and executive relationship building.

Build and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline within CRM, ensuring clear visibility of forecast, deal progression, and regional opportunity coverage.

Engage senior decision makers across brokers, liquidity providers, and institutional participants, positioning oneZero as a long term infrastructure partner and trusted advisor.

Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, structuring, and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and protecting commercial integrity.

Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful go live, managing client expectations and mitigating delivery risk.

Provide structured market feedback to senior leadership to inform product development, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning across Europe and the Middle East.

Act as a senior commercial escalation point for strategic accounts within the region, driving client satisfaction, adoption, and long term retention from point of sale through onboarding and ongoing engagement, ensuring clients maximize the value of oneZero’s product suite.

Experience & Skills: 

6+ years’ experience in B2B sales within FX, CFD, fintech, or trading technology

Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals

Strong understanding of trading infrastructure, financial markets, and order execution workflows

Highly commercial, results-driven mindset

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
