WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This Is Not a Sales Role.
This is a market-making role.
SQREEM is not another data provider, DSP add-on, or audience segment company. We are building a new operating system for how media is planned, activated, and optimized—powered by real-time behavioral signals, not static datasets.
The current programmatic ecosystem is fragmented across 40+ tools, stitched together by manual workflows and outdated assumptions about how consumers behave.
We are replacing that system.
And we need someone who knows how to take something fundamentally different to market—and win.
The Mission
Build revenue by changing how the market thinks.
You are responsible for bringing SQREEM’s model to agencies and brands across North America—helping them move from:
Guessing who might buy → to identifying who is moving right now
Static audience segments → to real-time intent signals
Fragmented workflows → to a unified intelligence + activation system
This is not about pitching features.
This is about shifting behavior.
