We operate with a fully outsourced billing and coding team and rely on streamlined collaboration between clinical, operational, and revenue cycle functions.
Position Overview
ReNew Wound Care has an established revenue cycle infrastructure supported by outsourced billing and coding partners. As the organization scales across multiple states and facilities, we are seeking a transformational revenue cycle leader to elevate the function from operational management to strategic revenue optimization.
The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will own the financial performance of the revenue cycle. This leader will evaluate and redesign existing workflows, enforce vendor accountability, strengthen documentation integrity, leverage technology, and build a performance-driven infrastructure that maximizes reimbursement while reducing risk.
This role is not administrative oversight — it is enterprise-level revenue performance leadership.
Core Mandate
The Director will be accountable for:
Protecting and maximizing net collections
Reducing revenue leakage and denial exposure
Standardizing processes across states and facilities
Elevating vendor performance and transparency
Aligning clinical documentation with reimbursement strategy
Creating scalable infrastructure to support growth
Qualifications
8–12+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership.
Demonstrated experience transforming or significantly optimizing an RCM function.
Deep expertise in CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, denial management, and payer strategy.
Experience managing outsourced billing and coding operations.
Strong financial acumen; able to connect operational RCM metrics to EBITDA impact.
Multi-state or high-growth healthcare environment experience preferred.
Wound care or specialty outpatient reimbursement experience strongly preferred.
Preferred:
CPC, CPB, or related certification.
Experience in private equity-backed or growth-stage organizations.
