Job Description
We are an established restoration company building a high-growth real estate investment and wholesale division and are seeking a Director of Real Estate Acquisitions to own and scale the entire acquisitions operation.
This is not a support or middle-management role. You will have clear authority over people, process, pricing, and performance, partnering directly with ownership to build a predictable deal engine.
This job is for a proven sales leader who thrives in the field and knows how to hold a team accountable.
What You’ll Own
Own the acquisitions strategy and conversion engine from lead intake through contract and disposition
Build, hire, train, and manage the acquisitions team (including authority to hire, fire, and restructure roles as needed)
Control pricing discipline and offer strategy to ensure profitable, repeatable deals
Set, track, and enforce clear KPIs (offers per day, cost per deal, conversion rates, velocity, revenue)
Lead negotiations, high-value seller conversations, and contract execution when needed
Design and refine sales scripts, follow-up systems, and acquisition processes
Maintain full visibility and accountability over pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data
Partner directly with ownership to align growth targets, capital deployment, and market strategy
Qualifications
3+ years of success in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesale operations
Proven experience leading and holding sales teams accountable
Strong negotiator and closer with experience structuring offers
Comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, pipelines, and performance reviews
Experience in real estate investment or wholesaling strongly preferred
Builder mindset — you enjoy designing systems, not just inheriting them
Compensation & Growth
Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based incentives
Opportunity to grow with a scaling real estate division
